The summer fishing moratorium ended in the South China Sea at noon on Wednesday.

With the order to start fishing and the cheers of local people, more than 900 fishing boats set sail from Zhapo National Port in Yangjiang, south China's Guangdong Province, and headed for the sea with high expectations of good catches. The hooters went gradually with firecrackers on the sea rising one by one.

Located on the southwestern coast of Guangdong Province and rich in fishery resources, Yangjiang is a major fishery city in Guangdong.
