Chinese President Xi Jinping attended a welcome ceremony hosted by Brunei's Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah on Monday.
Xi arrived here Sunday for a state visit, the first by a Chinese head of state in 13 years.
It is the second stop of Xi's ongoing Asia-Pacific tour after a state visit to Papua New Guinea, where he also attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders' Meeting in its capital city of Port Moresby.
